General Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully before using the website operated by Errol’s Caribbbean Delights Inc (hereinafter referred to as “us”, “we” or “our”). Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.
So, by accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Returns and Refunds
The company operates with a general policy of no returns or refunds given the nature of the items that we sell. However, depending on your particular situation, a store credit may be issued or a substitute meal provided.
Walk In Customers
If you notice that there is a problem with your meal while you are dining or after you have left the store, please inform us of the situation immediately. Our customer service team will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
Online Delivery Orders
If you place an online order and there is a problem with the item(s) delivered, please inform us of the situation immediately. Our customer service team will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation and may offer you a replacement meal.
Pictures are always useful so if these can be provided it may help to expedite your case more quickly. In such circumstances, please send an email to errolscaribbea@gmail.com.
Catering Orders
For catering orders, the company creates the meals and beverages as per your specification(s). However, If there is a problem with the item(s) delivered, please inform us of the situation immediately. Our customer service team will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation and may offer you a replacement meal.

General Guidelines
These are some general guidelines that should be considered when placing an online and/or catering order:
Online Delivery
Preparation of your meal can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed and submitted to us by our online ordering partner, Menu Drive. Accordingly, we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant.
Special and Catering Orders
Customers can place their special and catering orders online using the service provided by our partner Menu Drive. Alternatively, these may be called in or submitted using the Contact Us form on the website.
If you place an order using the Contact Us form, an invoice link will be emailed to you for payment processing. Order processing will not begin until the payment amount has been authorized.
The company generally requires a lead time of three days for catering and special orders. We may be able to process your request in a shorter time frame if requested.
Other SERVICE RELATED Guidelines
If you receive food that is different from what is on your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us, or your third-party delivery company, as soon as you notice that there is an error so that we can issue a replacement meal, if you want one. Otherwise, we will issue a store credit but there will be no cash refund.
We will provide items such as disposable forks, spoons and napkins when requested. If we mistakenly omit a free courtesy item, please let us know so we may address the issue with our staff. However, we cannot provide discounts, refunds or store credit for these omissions.
Food variations, such as extra gravy or no sauce, should be stated on the order. Please be as specific as possible so that our team can provide you with a meal that meets your expectations.
We cannot offer refunds or store credit for regret purchases. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, there is no room for cancelation.
If our delivery carrier is unable to find or reach you at the location stated on the order, the order will be cancelled. In such cases you will not be eligible for a refund or a store credit. As such, please keep your phone handy when expecting a delivery.
The company may provide complementary foods or beverages at its sole discretion. Such samples have no refund or cash value.
Errol’s Caribbean Delights Inc reserves the right to deny or refuse service to any customer for any reason. If a pattern of abuse of our policies is recognized, we may refuse to do business with you.
Social Media Disclaimer
We reserve the right to monitor, prohibit, restrict, block, suspend, terminate, delete, or discontinue your access to any social media and website that we operate at any time, without notice, and for any reason we deem necessary. We may remove, delete, block, filter or restrict by any other means any materials in our sole discretion that we think is not appropriate.
Additionally, by using our website and interacting with us on social media platform(s) you understand and agree that we may disclose your communications and activities with us in response to lawful requests by governmental authorities, including Patriot Act requests, judicial orders, warrants or subpoenas, or for the protection of our rights. You agree that in the event that Errol’s Caribbean Del;ighst Inc. exercises any of its rights hereunder for any reason, we will have no liability to you regarding same.
Furthermore, by posting any content on any social media platform that we use or on our website, you grant to us the irrevocable right to reproduce, distribute, publish and display such content. You also give us the right to create derivative works from your content, edit or modify such content, and use such content for any purpose.
Changes to Our Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If there is a material revision we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new Terms taking effect. However, what constitutes a material change will be determined by us.
